Unfortunately our internal mappings were not quite right. Should be ok this evening. Apologies for the mishap.
Thanks. But so far tonight's races still not appearing on the TPD status page and still come up as "not supported by their service" in Guardian.
Thank you, James, for consistently reaching out to TPD whenever there are issues. Your efforts help keep things running smoothly for all of us!
Purely self-serving. ;)

Colonial Downs now working fine! Thanks to anyone involved in fixing.

I think that gets filed as ".......due to circumstances beyond our control."!!
We had reports of heavy rain so not sure about this evening's meeting.
Many thanks for posting.

I've just started using the latest BA beta v1.62.0_b3 and investigating the new TPD error alert options.

Please can someone confirm the criteria being used to trigger a ''transponder assignment error' and the same for a 'data accuracy warning'? Also, is it a case of once the alert has been triggered it will remain triggered for the whole race? Or is it possible that an alert could be withdrawn if an error is detected but then resolved?

I don't know if these questions need to be directed at Bet Angel or TPD so thought I'd put then here for starters.
Transponder Assignment Error correctly flagged on 14:10 @ Ripon. Automatically triggered a hard stop on my automations. Good system! 8-)

Is it just me or is all data for the US races currently down? Never had this issue before.

Betangel / TPD are connecting to the races but it seems no data is flowing though.

Only traded UK racing yesterday so missed that.

I much prefer UK racing but have been trading US races on and off when I want a little more action in the evening. There are so many US TPD races at very suitable times for me so it is worth me persevering.

This may just be one of those things but what is the reason for the lines on the par chart being so much more spikey / jagged / volatile on the US races? Only asking as I want to learn to relax with these races and hopefully treat them just like I treat UK races.

Whilst writing, long live TPD with BA and I really mean that :D

We are aware of the recent outage whereby the Bet Angel platform did not receive our GPS data for a period of around two hours - Sat evening. It is a strange one because the data was visible to us and some other outlets did receive the data. If BA Support are reading this we are pretty certain that it is a TPD issue and no reason for you guys to get involved at this juncture. Apologies for the disruption.

Colonial Downs has been screwed all evening, probably because Betfair cocked up the off-times (again) and didn't ever correct it.

Del Mar started connecting from race 7 but I've not been getting full data flow.

It turns out that Colonial Downs delayed their racing by three hours vs publicised off-time yesterday, so for once this one wasn't Betfair's fault.
