It’s all kicking off at the asylum hotel in Rotherham…

I don't think we have any asylum hotels here in London, they're all blocks of flats
rustled up by Sadiq Khan ( future Labour Leader ) and paid for by all of us via council taxes.

Statement by Holiday Inn is saying situation is getting out of control, nasty and they worried about their staff and occupants. Windows smashed, fires being lit and protesters trying to force there way in.

Surely that statement would apply to everyone? Too much property is held as a bank. That is wrong but to correct it will cheese off an inlfuential sector of the electorate.
What we are seeing now is the unravelling of 14 years of mismanagement. It is not going to be cured in days, week or months.

I would say 44 years of mis-management ever since the Thatcher government sold off all the council houses which haven't been replaced and the population explosion in this country first of all from the freedom of movement from the EU combined with the uncontrolled immigration from the rest of the world which we are now currently experiencing.

True story. I had no idea migrants were being housed at a hotel near me until I came home one day and found them and their families having a picnic in my garden and posing next to my car. I went to the hotel to found out who was in charge to ask them to them to tell them to respect the local neighbourhood.

The hotel had set up a GP surgery just for them and a bus service to take them in and out of town when they wished.

I can see why people get upset.

Starmer keeps repeating that those arrested will face the full force of the law, but what he really needs to do is recall parliament, get legislation passed quickly to toughen up sentencing. Throwing bricks at people should be treated as attempted murder!
