There's issues on both sides and I don't condone both smashing hotels up, attacking police and I don't condone the antisemitism and hate that goes on on these counter protests (caller on LBC earlier chased by pro Palestine supports at one last night and we seen the Labour councillor issue).jimibt wrote: ↑Thu Aug 08, 2024 2:35 pmagreed.. Michael has highlighted issues that need to be addressed. But we knew this already Equality of opportunity has been smashed on the the anvil of the free market. You can't roll back 14 years in 5 weeks.
If we all pull together as a team, it could be a monster.
It's crazy we have Muslims to scared to go anywhere because of the far right, people scared to go out because of Muslims now looking for far-right and Jews scared to go out on a Saturday because of pro Palestine Muslims. There's clearly an issue with the far right and we've seen the Government dealing with it they need to deal with the radical Muslim issue but won't and worse than that won't even acknowledge it.
In the middle of this is the "normal" British public who just want a decent job, own their own house, one holiday a year, good health service, good education for their kids, just a chance in life it isn't much to ask! If they delivered this no one would give a toss about immigration but when they spend 8 million a day on immigrants and take the winter fuel allowance off pensioners people are rightly pissed off. Labour plan to "scatter" immigrants all over the country is just kicking the can down to local councils.
The Governments answer to all this will be Social Media is to blame, we jailed x amount of people and showed them we are the dogs bollocks along with more authoritarianism legislation sneaked in nothing else to see here.
