I've been using the Bet Angel Professional software for a few months (Accessing via both wifi and mobile hotspot) until today. I am unable to log in using my mobile hotspot so I messaged Betfair Australia support and I received an email from Betfair Australia (I am in New Zealand) which reads "You need to change the URL/Gateway your using to login, to Betfair.com.au"
I need to get access to the software using mobile hotspot because I am always on the move and end up in some very remote places
I can log into my Betfair Australia account but not the Bet Angel Pro software
I am not that tech savvy so was wondering if anyone can assist me with this.
