Error 403 forbidden

Hi

I've been using the Bet Angel Professional software for a few months (Accessing via both wifi and mobile hotspot) until today. I am unable to log in using my mobile hotspot so I messaged Betfair Australia support and I received an email from Betfair Australia (I am in New Zealand) which reads "You need to change the URL/Gateway your using to login, to Betfair.com.au"
I need to get access to the software using mobile hotspot because I am always on the move and end up in some very remote places
I can log into my Betfair Australia account but not the Bet Angel Pro software
I am not that tech savvy so was wondering if anyone can assist me with this.

I'm getting that now. But I dont have the interactive login ticked. I did try it as well with the same outcome. I can login on the Betfair website but not Bet Angel.

I have the same problem today. I can log into Betfair and also via Geek's toy, but Bet angel keeps returning the error. I logged in earlier this morning but now I can't. I have cleared cache, cookies etc. and am not using a VPN. Any help much appreciated. I am in the UK. Thanks
