The reason I'm personally scared, and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Trump indirectly attacking American corporations?

i.e. Vietnam isn't ripping off America. Nike is ripping off America (cheap labour, profit to shareholders), but us foreign investors need Nike to manufacture in Vietnam.

This is the elephant in the room.

A lot of that debt is held by overseas entities, mainly China.

===> America reacting to level of debt / interest & China will be worried about default.

The main reason to be scared is if something 'breaks' that they haven't thought of 😱
e.g Liz/Kwasi effect
