Suggestion - Display market commission rate and NSW turnover charge flag

Don't know if possible, but it would be handy to have the commission rate by market available as an SV.

Also a 'turnover charge' flag for NSW horse races would be very useful to avoid having to manually check text against multiple race courses every time you trade in Aus.

I tend to run a list of courses in a filter so I don't run specific strategies on NSW courses. Don't know if that would help.

Yes I know that a NSW list exists. Just thought it would be useful for those running automations across all Aus racing but with different rules for the Turnover Charge tracks.

What about getting the commission% into Bet Angel? Would that be a feasible option?
