Like you said, it wasn’t a Plumpton issue after all. My TPD account had hit the monthly race cap, so BA stopped getting race data and all the TPD fields stayed blank.
I’d been on the £100 sub for a while on a single device and, before I paused it when I got seriously ill earlier in the year, that cap always covered all the TPD races I was trading, so I never expected to hit it.
I’ve now upgraded to the professional plan, and everything seems to work again. Thanks again for checking your side.

TPD via Bet Angel stopped working at midnight on all my machines.

This is still happening. All races scheduled for after midnight on Fri night, Sat night, and Sun night all failed with the same error.

Restarting Bet Angel has fixed the issue for now.

Same issue today with all Boxing Day US racing. Had to restart Bet Angel to get them to connect.

We are not seeing anything amiss - I loaded Bet Angel with all UK and US races, about half an hour before the first UK race and my automation collected the requisite datasets with no intervention required. Have Bet Angel installed on a Bet Angel VPS.

I saw no issues today. Just 24th and 26th Dec. Both days the US horse races failed to connect. Races had been loaded all day with automatic attempt at connection one hour before off time. Both days the issue was fixed by restarting Bet Angel.

Hi TPD-Zone,

This thread has been really useful whenever something breaks hard, because you usually explain what is going on and things get moving again.

What is tough right now is the status page “treat the data with extreme caution” flag sitting on a bunch of UK meetings for a long time. It has been months, and for most people that label means the same thing: skip those races entirely. That is months of missed opportunities on meetings where TPD would normally be a big edge, because the downside is too big if the feed is not reliable.

We understand the usual causes that have been discussed here, like poor radio success on course and supplier (Gmax) error codes, plus the warning levels that flow through to Bet Angel.

What we need now is a timeframe.
Are we talking weeks, or are we still looking at months?
If it is months, can you share what the current blocker is and what the next milestone is, so people can at least see progress instead of the same warning sitting there indefinitely.

Appreciate any steer you can give, even if it is only a rough ETA and a short status update.
