Displaying the winner

I'm trying to display either Over 1.5 Goals or Under 1.5 Goals in Guardian in a column headed Winner but nothing appears. Can you see why? Thanks.

You can upload the .baf rulesfile here. Much easier for someone to find the issue that way.
