Here are the odds movements for the Green Party last night. I always look at these things because I'm interested in how the odds move ahead of the official result and whether it contains information.

I guess the drop in the odds post 22:00 is down to exit polling. I'm curious that the election monitors claim they saw evidence of 'Family voting' which is illegal but they did nothing to stop it!

I wonder how many Green voters are remembering the party of Caroline Lucas and think they are voting for a greener environment.

This is a problem when the government seems hellbent on introducing their Islamophobia bill. You won't be able to ever question anything that community does, including polling fraud

Isn't it some form of sectarianism if it's only Islamophobia ... what about Hinduphobia, Buddhaphobia or even Christianophobia (or Christophobia) ... sorry, forgot the last one doesn't count especially if expressed by a follower of Islam.

A good result in the by-election and I can honestly say I was happy to lose my bet(that's a first).
How this will pan out over the next three years is tricky ,but I still think we may well have a hung parliament.
Labour has got major problems now (one of the biggest is that they are being totally controlled by a specific lobby) .Starmer will be out by the end of the year but the two options ,Streeting and Rayner are no real alternatives because basically they both subscribe to the same neoliberal concepts that starmer subscribes to.
Likewise with Reform ,their morphing from pretend anti establishment to embracing some of the most obnoxious elements of the tory party has done the party serious damage.
The greens are certainly not as left-wing as Polanski makes out.The vast majority of green membership is predominantly middle class liberals .Just look at the record, have you ever seen the british greens get radical?
Corbyn's 'Your Party' has the biggest potential to create a hung parliament .The media and establishmnet (who shit their pants every time Corbyn is mentioned) are trying to pass it off as a joke .But it has three years to change into a bigger thing .They have fresh potential that will definately appeal to ordinary people who are just getting ripped off by the elements that Reform/Labour/Tories/LibDems and even the Greens support.
Meanwhile lets hope we can avoid a third world war.
Regards
Tico
