Help needed with the one click screen to reset to default

I do not know if i am doing anything wrong? but In the last couple of days the one click screen will not show in play by the favourite of the selection/ horse
the one-click screen used to show the order the runners in play by their position ie they would alter on the on-click screen by their postion . Now I look and i find that i am looking the inplay trader and the oneclick screen.
The inplay trader shows the position of the horse ie first second or whatever yet it does not correspond to the one-click screen.
I have clicked the headers and the micro chart which has been suggested but nothing will bring back the one-click screen to the default position. Is there anything I can do? I am using custom columns and when looking to trade out if all i see it all go red I look at the one click screen and the one click screen looks as if the runners are stuck in a pre off position or like on the watch screen the position of the horses do not move to indicate their postion In practice mode will sometimes work but not in live mode ? Can some one throw any light on this?

Selections in the one-click screen can be sorted by clicking on the relevant column header (column headers must be switched on). To sort into Betfair order click on the header of a column with no numbers, eg the silks column.

So I have been clicking on the odds headers and the micro chart to sort the horses by faves ascending .so James are you saying i have to click on the header which has the names and silks of the horses and jockeys to sort them in fave irder and to keep them in racing order pre play and in play? Sorry about the numpty question . The one-click screen was fine and sorting out the runners by clicking on the odds header next to the trade/green column and that would sort out the horses and keep them in order of winning but now it doesnt maintain the order. But you are saying i have got it wrong and should click on the runner and silk header,

Clicking on the silks header resorts selections to match the order that Betfair have them. You can sort them however you wish by clicking on the relevant header, eg you could click on the "Back" header and they would be sorted in order of their latest back price.

Trouble is that i have clicked on the headers but as i previously said it works sparodically click on the header sorts the runners out then goes in play and the one-click screen does not update itself with the changes in the race ? Thanks James i think i will have to see if its just the feed from betfair on certsin races but has just recently startex to happen . Any tganks again
