Its 38C outside and about the same inside fan on but blowing warm air up me crotch. It's not worth trading in these conditions. The advice given in 1976 was to wear a string vest drink beer and eat salt and vinegar crips. See man in photo. For the last few days Ive been sleeping in the cellar next to a fridge full of beer a box a salt and vinegar crisps and just the undies no string vest. How is everyone else that doesnt have AC coping?

It's barely touched 30 in Lincs. Pleasant but not unbearable. My lad's in the Midlands working under a tin roof and it's been over 40. And no "hydration" break every 22 mins.
