Anyone else had their entire poker wallet moved into Exchange wallet?

You had an unprompted transfer on your account statement log ?

My credit thing was 14:18 UK time i believe if thats right, or 23:18 AEST, in case that helps

So yesterday, I was out for the day, and casually logged into Betfair mobile app to discover my entire Poker wallet balance had been moved to my Exchange balance. Therefore putting my whole balance at risk of a rogue bot, misplaced bet, or an account hack. It was certainly nothing I had initiated or authorised, and there was no notification from Betfair.

I didn't know what was going on, whether my account was in the middle of being hacked etc.

I ended up having to come home to try and figure out what had happened, and to move the balance back to safety. I've never been able to transfer balances on my phone because the app crashes if I try.

I've asked Betfair what the hell they are playing at. As of now it's still under investigation.

And now the balance I put back into the Poker wallet has disappeared completely.

I had £60 in my poker wallet this afternoon, about 3pm, but it said £0. I racked my brain for a while thinking I'd somehow confused myself. I ended up just trying to transfer to main wallet. It worked!!. £60 re-appeared which I then sent back.
