Anyone else had their entire poker wallet moved into Exchange wallet?

It's taken them three days to finally respond with the reason:


We can confirm the funds were transferred as part of an update relating to the Poker Wallet, as this wallet will soon no longer be available. The transfer was completed to safeguard the funds and ensure they remain accessible in your main wallet.

However, we understand your concern, especially as you did not request the transfer yourself. We’re sorry for any confusion or frustration this has caused.

Your funds remain safe and available in your main Exchange Wallet. If you would prefer to keep funds separate rather than holding everything in the main wallet, you can use the Exchange Games Wallet as a separate wallet.

I know Betfair comms strategy is almost non-existent. But did nobody think it might be sensible to communicate this change to the customers who use the Poker Wallet rather than just moving the money and hoping nobody would notice?
