Just deleted by Mistake Automation file how to recover

PLease help i Just deleted my automation file by mistake how can i recover .. I have spent days on making this file ihave lost it AAAARRRGGGHH please help can i recover it

Once deleted it's gone - unless you have a recovery program (to recover items deleted from your recycle bin) in which case you can try and see if you can retrieve it that way
