1. Terrestrial
2. Digital
3. SIS & Turf TV (Digital may be quicker than digital, not sure myself)
4. RUK
5. ATR
6. Online streams

Got my 2nd TV installed in the week with the lack of racing and did a 'rough' comparison today:
ATR v Terrestrial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xZQSIh4CLE
and
RUK v Terrestrial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUKBWkd5B4k

Terrestrial beats both of them as I understand it so the video shows that RUK isn't far behind Turf TV as it isn't far behind Terrestrial, SIS is a big advantage over ATR but still doesn't beat terrestrial.
I've had subscriptions to online and digital RUK and ATR and both are delayed by anything up to 10 seconds.
I use Betfair live video and there is no delay for me at all. Not sure why this is as I've heard lots of people say that there can be a significant delay.

betfair live video is good, apart from the small screen size.
my problem with it is that you have to click again after having a bet matched otherwise it won't kick in on it's own.
live video via the net is probably the future - they just need to get a few issues sorted.

I answered this in a a previous post here TV delay. Please remember the results I showed are a little out of date now but they're close enough. You can get SiS at home but you cannot get Turf TV unless you are a licensed bookmaker.
