In the last three days I have had a couple of problems, Betfair have not only solved both problems, but they replied quickly (as ever) and in a very polite manner, they also had the kindness to sent me 2 excel sheets with 1995 bets where I was able to identify one of my mistake. ..Do you guys Think it was a casual thing or you too have noticed an improvement?

Yes i would say that they have, had a few dealing with them recently and they have been unusually helpful.

Maybe they are worried about the Betdaq situation :)

I don't know why but I keep getting issues with betfair lately but most importantly they are sorting out everything quickly...I am Betfair client since 2002, I was treated well enough until 2007 ( even If i was a loser regards money lost) but after that I was treated unreasonably bad by betfair..Only now i see their customer service showing a bit of respect ( 5 years of bad relation ship is good enough for most couple to ask for divorce) and because we did not have alternatives we were stucked with a bad husband or wife for too long..

If I was them I would be worried...
P.S. even my mentor told me that before 2007 she recieved gifts and had a such good relation with betfair...

What happened to cause such a negative change from 2007 onwards?

That's when the greed really set in and they started treating winning customers like dirt rather than looking after them as they did at the begining.

I dont know about the UK but recently Betfair emailed a 'survey' in Aust. on their customer relations performance. I would say they are testing the loyalty of their client base.

Their usuall respond after 2007 seemed very harrogante, they have introduced the PC and they lied about many things or forgot to mention about it. try to immagine when you have lost a bit cash from 2002 to 2007 but when you started to bet with higher amount and made profits their assistence dissapeared and the charges increased..No to mention the unacceptable manner to respond on certain issues...
