Euler - I still can't see the UK and Ire horse races in the 'Market Selection' nor can I see any of the football markets.
The server host has been like this for 3 days now. I've restarted service (as I do ever day), ensured all the updates are installed even re-installed betangel server edition but this issue is not resolving.
I've used Betangel 300+ days a year for serveral years now, never seen an issue like this with the server host.
Can you give me an update, has the error been identified or understood why it appears to be affecting just a few people at the server host? When is this likely to be fixed ?
I can work around this with a local copy on my laptop which works fine, but obviously I'm paying for a server that doesn't work presently.
Much appreciate your urgent attention, sorry if I seem impatient but I don't want to miss the Grand National festival.

Euler - You know what... you're absolutely right. I had the aus wallet ticked.
What a wally, how stupid do I feel.
Thanks so much for your prompt response as always it's a major credit to you and the guys in the office who have replied to my email, and a massive plus for we users.
Cheers

Just got a note from Betfair to confirm they did hit capacity at one point. But from a personal perspective the site seemed to operate without any real problems. Obviously under stress at certain points but not a major issue.Michal wrote:Our site is currently over capacity...!
