Some funny money being matched. 10k on the lay side at 4s on one horse appears to be getting matched by backers but the second it's all matched the backers suddenly disappear.
One of the front runners (but not the fav) in the 6:10 Hrd at Cork.
Couldn't believe the speed at which it flew out from mid 5's when I began to notice it. I was patiently waiting at the other end not knowing when the madness would end.
And at post-time I got my chance!

Here's an interesting chart for the 3:40 Mdn Stks at Redc.
Gambles moved the price really really fast. Hope none of you got crushed by this steamroller.
Notice the damage the fav (chart on left) did to the second fav (chart on right).
The chart of fav (the one on left) is a good illustration of what gambles look like. It has a 'step' like look to it. (i.e. flat then spike down, then flat, then spike down and so on)

Spot on, you could see the waves of money coming in to back it.switesh wrote:The chart of fav (the one on left) is a good illustration of what gambles look like. It has a 'step' like look to it. (i.e. flat then spike down, then flat, then spike down and so on)
The fav at 5:50 Mdn Stks at Ling.
Some of the moves today are so fast you need to be a world class sprinter to catch them
.
They enhance profits, but also loses if you're not fast enough with exits.
Can be an absolute nightmare, or a big pay cheque.
