To look at the BF chart you wouldn't think this fella in the 2:10 MdnHrd at Uttox was a drifter would ya?

Drifted from 2.9's to high 3's.

Seeing a lot of Reversals in the market today. I missed hopping on quite a few, but here's a fine example of the way they've been turning out.

Got burnt real bad (twice) trying to back it at tops (or signs of pullbacks).

I had been watching it from mid 5's.

It was a bit silly since I could see the other runners steady enough, but all the same I couldn't help thinking surely nothing can drift forever - turns out it can.

The 5:10 Hcap at Uttox.

Wasn't trading today, but that chart above shows no signs of coming in at all. Forming higher lows all the way up.

The front 2 in the 3:15 Stks at Redcar.

Found it a bit tricky to trade. Narrow escape from the wild moves, but an interesting trade to watch if you've recorded it on video.

I noticed 14k lingering around 4.4

It shifted 2 ticks back and forth and vanished as the move took off at a rapid pace. I was almost certain the price would crash in after he disappeared but couldn't identify at what point it would happen.

He pulled one over me this time.

The 4:35 JuvHrd at Perth.

something is operating in the market pushing positions left right and centre today. Todays price action is about as bad as it gets. i just can't work out what is going on. I think every position I have opened up all day has been pushed against me at least initially.

I agree JR, been happening quite a bit recently.

At best I guess you can work out what they're doing and try to exploit them. At worse try not to pay them!

Wont last forever I'm sure. I'm sure you've seen this kind of thing before, once people work out what they're doing they're soon forced to retreat!

not really. Its prgressively getting more and more aggressive. Something is sucking liquidity from the market. The badnews is I fear it is only going to get worse. Doesn't happen on betdaq though so I am inclined to believe it is either 3rd party bots doing something naughty or betfair.

This is a good one. I was unfilled but read a clear clue/signal for the Entry. There was 6k forming a ceiling at 2.68

Once it moved out the price had to drift. Even if it didn't I'd have been happy to keep my speculative position and take a small red.

Despite no profit - I'm quite pleased ;)

The 3:40 Mdn Stks at Ponte.

This was something to behold, heavily backed in time and time and time again. Somebody was putting down £10k a time and taking out a few ticks and leaving the remainder there. It won.
