Just checked my statement this morning and my commission generate number seems too low, you may want to check yours.

Betfair have just replied now and they have removed the other name from my account.
Ill double check my statement when I get chance

Betfair gave me a full breakdown of the commission and it was the way they calculate commission generated that caught me out. Commission generated was only 60% of actual commission paid.
