Peter(Euler), I was reading one of your blog posts about trading the cup winners markets and I was just wondering if you decided to back Man City in the League Cup winners market before the Manchester United V Sunderland game. It looks like City's back price dropped after the result and I was wondering if this was a good example of this type of trade even if City weren't technically second favourites before the match?

Man U aren't struggling at Old Trafford, which makes a refreshing change! :lol:

The availability of Rooney and Van Persie are going to be key to the PL fourth place IMO. Although if Liverpool beat Arsenal at home next week that could mix things up a bit.

Big money coming for Man Utd today in the pre-off markets.

I was hoping to say 'They knew!' at full time in the manner of John McCririck. Oh well... :roll:

Could be worse, Barcelona lost at home today to Valencia. They traded at 1.13 for the win just before the off. 2-3 the final score, was traded at 200!

Anyone betting on big game tonight? City vs Chelsea, I got City -1 to win @ 2.67. I'll lose, I know. LOL :oops:

I think Jose has made a rod for his own back, as I'm sure he'd ideally love to play football from the 19th century tonight! :D

If you watch it on TV, look out for John Terry maneuvering one of these into position;

Really looking forward to this game like everyone else...but the negative demon's voice in my head tells me it's going to be 0-0 :|
