Good match, if there is another goal it'll pretty much be the perfect start.

Bitterly disappointed the 8 second rule applies at HT.....there's no logistical reason for that at all - very poor of BF

Feel sorry for Croatia, they were really hard done by - terrible penalty decision & perfectly good goal disallowed

They seemed to change the delay to 5 second for most of that match. All the matches are on the radio which is as close to live as you can get so I don't see why they need 8 seconds.

I was watching on terrestrial ITV in UK and market suspended a good 8 seconds before pictures caught up.

Chiles is worried as ITV studio is being pelted, he wants Roy Keane there he would sort them out!!!

The market is already preparing for this kind of scenario. Money will probably push Neymar couple ticks before kick off and messi couple ticks drift before brazil kick off.
Generally 6 goals make you win the golden boot competition. Now if Neymar score one you can calculate the % quite quickly, if score 2, it will go quite down, even though it's just the 1st game..
If Balotelli o Rooney score 1 or 2 ofc you have to think a different way, don't expect the odds to drop 4/1 over night, which is very possible with Neymar or Messi if they score 2 on the 1st day...
If you understood my English, you must know that I have predicted that. I said 4/1, Neymar is currently paid 4.5.....However 1st day at betfair.it I have already made a good profit but,I cannot withdraw my money until I have gambled the same amount..

I was more curious to see what's price messi would settle at if Neymar didn't score? What would you expect Guillio?

I didn't invest on this market, just an observation at the time.

I did not expect it to go as down as 7.0 without playing and without scoring. It was a good trade though, whoever followed that trend made some good money also when it bounced back to 8.8.
My attention now will stick with Neymar. The conditions are the right one to lay him.

Def a good trade, the reason why i stayed clear was i thought the downside may of been larger if neymar hadn't scored.

Entertaining first game to be sure, but the refereeing in these world cups often seems to be "erratic" to put it mildly. If I didn't know better, I'd have thought that that Japanese ref was working for the Brazilians ;)

Thing about football that I like is that anything can happen on the day, so there is always a 'luck' component in any individual game. A potent mixture of luck and skill.
