Been checking on England and Italy. Sorry, but I find both teams pathetic, England especially. Thank goodness Uruguay scored and hopefully put the woeful Italians out of their misery. I really hope Costa Rica can score as well and send this pathetic English team packing - the English coach Roy Hodgson should be fired on the spot in my opinion.

Only because we beat England, it does not mean we deserved to go out. The referee gave Marchisio a unjust red card. Perhaps you need to buy glasses or be a little fair in your life before making some judgements. Suarez bite Chiellini on the shoulder and was not sent off. do you have any comment about that? Perhaps not...or Perhaps you should wonder why there were some many articles about fifa corruption on English newspaper...Because in total fairness in think the red card was designed to rig the game as usuall...

You have a fair opinion but, I have looked over the web outside italian newspapers and found out the most of them agree that marchisio should have NOT been sent off!!

Suarez really has got shit for brains - he's been banned twice already for biting and yet does it again in a World Cup ffs. Luis, there are CAMERAS at games, remember?!

I can't see him staying at Liverpool much longer - they won't want to lose him, but I reckon he'll want to move on.

England are a national embarrassment. If I hear the phrase "promising young players" again, I think I'll scream! Gazza was a promising young player - this lot are a gutless bunch of prima donnas who did sweet FA.

I owe Peter, Mugs, Ferru, Jolly and a number of others an overdue thanks. I disconnected from the forum a while ago because I was getting caught up in a 'doom and gloom' mentality that seemed to be going about, and I was adopting other peoples' excuses for my own failures, every day!

Since then I've climbed into trading profitability; ironically I don't even need the trading as other areas of betting provide 95% of my income at least. Funny that as soon as the other areas started to flourish, the pressure came off for trading and it started working! I was always too attached to the money.

Anyway, trading the outright winner of the WC using a mixture of golf trading principles I learned from Peter and some (IMO) overlooked factors about the teams, will put me into four figure trading profit for the first time, when the outright is settled

I only trade on events I'm interested in when I want something different from my usual activities, and purely for fun so I'm delighted that my EV has moved to positive, I didn't want to call it that until I saw 8 months+ of consistent profits.

Late goals have me well ahead on laying all at 1.15.

England has me well ahead because I thought they were overrated to qualify and overrated in their last match for the win.

Japan helped me out too, again 8,8 to qualify was a big lay against a 4% qualification chance.

From here I'll be loading it into Brazil and taking money off after each knock out round.
