impossible to cancel unmatched bets and PnL not seeable

Has anyone contacted Bet Angel? If so what did they say? All is #Okay here from the UK
Hi all - First off, please try and email support the moment you see an issue. There is not one email in support. They are often sat there twiddling their thumbs with no reports of issues when some are being reported on the forum, on a busy day we can easy fail to spot something on the forum.
As there is obviously a problem lets isolate it.
First, please confirm your country, connection mode and connection mode tuner setting.
It does seem be a country issue from these posts so far. Betfair have had problems with routing through Malta in the past and it seems all the posters are international customers so that points to another international problem?
You may want to try connection mode one as see if that makes a difference as that will isolate it to an API issue.

Completely true... I think it is because most of tech suppports plainly suck... which is not the case of BetAngel's one which works extremely well. As to the problem... I can't even log in now... Neither in mode 0 nor mode 1...
