Hi all,
Despite my correct win XP time, Bet Angel runs always one hour later the right time. so if say there's a race at 2pm and I open the program at 1.50pm Bet Angel notifies me with a 1h10min countdown instead of the correct 10 min. any help on this annoying problem? thanks

Hi there, it may be that you are set on the wrong timezone within Bet Angel. Try the following:
From the Forum screen under User Menu click on User Control Panel, Board Preferences, Edit Global Settings. Under My Timezone, check what is displayed. I am in the UK so I use Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Time. I have Summer time/DST is in effect set to No, although I think I may have to change this to Yes after this Saturday.

Hi It looks like the time settings definately affect the time displayed on posts within the forum, but can't say for sure that they affect the BA times as well. If your PC time settings are correct then I don't know what else to suggest. Hopefully BA support may be able to help?

Perhaps check your personal settings at betfair.com. There is a time zone setting in your profile section there - perhaps that's it?

Strangely enough, I emailed support yesterday with a time problem
This has happened since the clocks went forward last week
My computer clock is correct, Betfair settings are correct and so is certain aspects of BA
Whenever I have a bet matched, the correct time is displayed on Betfair 'my account', but is 1 hour out on BA
However, on 1 click screen BA time settings are correct
