Universe under construction or is it self propelled?
Does zero 0 time exist?
if so where is zero time? is it subjective or objective?
Time is a navigational tool , it’s a way to keep track of the past Macro events. Jesus Christ died 2020 years ago. Your date of birth is a timer clock which stops on your way down five foot under.
Time has very limited effect in the quantum world,
If you knew all the information about the system, from that perspective, there would be no time. It would just be a 'block universe', where all of eternity was laid out like a painting.
But from within the system, time flows, because of the enormous complexity of the system, you create 'summarizations' of reality , by choosing to divide up reality into ;parts: individual objects. So the flow of time isn't different from consciousness itself.

I've never understood the meaning of life question. Words, paintings, stories and poems have meanings. Things that exist my nature but were never created don't.
See above. Mind gives meaning to the natural world also. It's about finding goals to pursue in a positive way.
Consider a goal, and ask which goal is the most satisfying? Take trading. If your trades are too simple, you may consistency make small amounts of money, but it will just be very boring. If on the other hand, you choose very complex markets and take big risks, it may be exciting, but you will lose and be constantly frustrated, because you just won't understand what's going on. So the most satisfaction occurs when you are doing something at the 'golden mean' of complexity - not too simple and not too complex.
Now just extend the idea to the whole natural world. Treat everything as 'data' in a computer (information), and then every process you see happening will also have a complexity.
Both the flow of time itself '(physical complexity) and learning (mental complexity) have the same meaning: the balance between min and max complexity!
