I've never bothered reading the Twitter T&C but constant baseless allegations and inciting and encouraging rioting that lead to several deaths is more than enough reason to pull the plug.

We're not talking about cancelling a presidency but stopping him from spreading his lies on social media. Presidents are bound by law just like the rest of us.

Democracy does facilitate removing a president from power and that would probably be done if Trump had more time remaining.

If he incited violence then he should be charged by the police. I'm not so sure he did.

It all depends on the legal definition in the US, but he certainly could be reasonably expected to know that his actions are likely to cause violence. I agree he should be arrested and charged by the police but I'm not sure how you arrest a president. I think there's an understanding over there that serving presidents don't get prosecuted until out of office.
