I know most of the charts on this thread are about horse racing but I've never come across so much movement in a pre off soccer market. I traded it decently, but it felt way more volatile than scalping the pre-off UK soccer matches.
Is this normal on non-UK soccer matches?

it went to post keenly, nothing more than that.Euler wrote:I mean did the chance of this horse winning the race change from 40% to just 16% in just a few minutes?
i suspect this kind of move occurs when a horse that is gonna be opposed anyway is combined with the negative of keenness to post (and a thin Kempton market in this case).
i considered backing it a couple of times but glad i didn't (although it did trade around 3/1 in-play while racing keenly, but never threatened to win and ran poorly).
Is it not possible that sometimes, in instances like that, the odds were really 16% all along, but only the smart money which struck at the last minute knew it?
I'm not implying that anything dodgy might have gone on - it may be that Horse A, the favourite, drifts because people in the know that Horse B put in a performance in training yesterday that will blow Horse A out of the water.
What do you think?
